Privacy Policy
Pink Kiwi collects account, organization, credential, order, payment, and marketplace activity data needed to operate the platform and support regulated purchasing flows.
We use this information to authenticate users, verify buyer and supplier eligibility, route orders, process payments, detect fraud, keep audit logs, and provide customer support.
Credential and compliance records are shared only as needed for platform operations, supplier fulfillment, legal obligations, or user-authorized support requests.
Supplier and buyer records may include license details, credential-review status, order history, saved organization preferences, support messages, and audit events that help us confirm marketplace eligibility and route regulated orders correctly.
Payment data is processed through our payment providers. Pink Kiwi stores transaction references, order status, payout status, and reconciliation metadata needed to support checkout, refunds, disputes, and accounting workflows.
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, observability, email delivery, storage, payment processing, and fraud prevention. These providers receive only the information needed to operate the relevant service.
Users should not upload patient health information unless a specific workflow explicitly requires it and the appropriate agreements and safeguards are in place.
We retain operational records for as long as needed to provide the marketplace, satisfy audit requirements, resolve disputes, enforce account controls, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary based on the record type and the regulated nature of the order.
Account administrators can request help reviewing organization data, credential records, or support history by contacting Pink Kiwi support through the account workspace or the contact page.
